How do I book a massage in Metro Manila?
Choose your treatment, area, and timing, then pick a therapist from search and send a request; they confirm.
How quickly can a therapist reach me?
Providers publish weekly hours; send a request and they'll confirm a time.
Can I book for someone else or for a group?
Yes. The booking flow asks who the session is for, so you can gift a session or arrange one for a partner, parent, or friend.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
Cancellation rules are shown clearly before you confirm. As long as you're within the window, rescheduling is a tap, and our support team can help resolve anything unexpected.
Payments
How much does a massage cost?
Rates are set by each provider. Prices shown are each provider's listed rate. You pay your provider directly after they confirm.
How does payment work?
Send a request; once your provider confirms, you arrange payment with them. Spoil doesn't take payment online yet.
Which payment methods can I use?
You arrange payment directly with your provider after they confirm, using the methods they accept.
Safety & trust
Are therapists verified?
Verified badges appear only after we've reviewed a provider's ID or credentials.
How is my privacy protected?
Your personal data is handled in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173). We collect only what's needed to deliver and protect your booking, and we never sell your information.
What safety features are in place during a session?
Once confirmed you can message your provider. Use our contact form during business hours if anything changes.

How do I join Spoil as a therapist?
Complete onboarding covering your services, coverage areas, and availability. Once published, your profile appears in search.
How and when do I get paid?
Clients pay you directly after you confirm their request.
Do I set my own rates?
Yes. You set your own rates, and clients see them upfront.
Can I work through a company or agency?
Absolutely. Spoil supports independent therapists as well as those working through companies and agencies, with roster and channel management built in.
