Terms of service
Effective 18 July 2026. These terms govern use of the Spoil marketplace operated by Kaizen Brands LLC.
Platform role
Spoil is a marketplace operated by Kaizen Brands LLC that helps clients discover and book independent therapists and massage businesses. Unless a listing expressly says otherwise, providers are not employees or agents of Spoil. Providers remain responsible for their services, licences or credentials, tax obligations, and lawful professional conduct.
Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate information, protect your login credentials, and use Spoil only if you can legally enter the booking or provider arrangement shown. You are responsible for activity on your account and should report suspected unauthorised access promptly. Provider and company accounts must keep identity, credential, availability, pricing, and service information current.
Payments and cancellations
The price, fees, payment timing, and cancellation terms shown at checkout form part of each booking. Payment services may be supplied by a third-party processor under its own terms. Spoil may delay payouts or refunds while investigating a chargeback, fraud signal, safety report, or service dispute, and will communicate the outcome through the account or support channel.
Bookings, safety, and disputes
Clients must provide a safe and lawful service location and treat providers respectfully. Providers must deliver only agreed, lawful services within their training and must respect consent and professional boundaries. Users should use in-product reporting or support for a missed booking, misconduct, injury concern, emergency, or material mismatch. Spoil may preserve relevant booking records and restrict accounts while a report is reviewed.
Acceptable use
Users may not harass others, evade platform fees, misrepresent credentials, solicit illegal services, or attempt to bypass trust and moderation systems.
Suspension and content
Spoil may remove content, pause a listing, cancel access, or suspend an account when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate a breach, comply with law, or enforce these terms. You retain ownership of content you submit and grant Spoil permission to host, display, moderate, and use it to operate and promote the marketplace until it is removed, subject to records Spoil must retain.
Service availability and responsibility
Marketplace availability, provider supply, arrival times, and uninterrupted access are not guaranteed. Nothing on Spoil replaces medical advice or emergency services. To the extent permitted by applicable law, each party remains responsible for losses caused by its own breach, negligence, fraud, or unlawful conduct; these terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the marketplace changes. Material changes will be dated here and communicated where appropriate; continued use after they take effect means the updated terms apply to future use. Questions or disputes can be sent to support@spoil.ph.
