Sometimes a massage is needed at 11 pm, after a late flight or a long shift. Metro Manila has a small number of spas that stay open through the night, and a few hotel spas and airport options that run late. This guide lists what we could verify, explains why hours change so often, and gives you a short checklist before you go out at night.
What we could verify
The Smart Local’s Metro Manila spa roundup lists two spas as open 24 hours. One is Touch of Asia Spa, listed as open 24 hours daily. The other is New Lasema Spa, also listed as open 24 hours. The same article describes New Lasema’s stay-based pricing, from PHP 500 for a two-hour stay to PHP 1,500 for a twelve-hour stay. That article was first published in March 2023 and updated in March 2024, so check the current terms before you rely on them.
A November 2025 feature in a Philippine news site describes Emgrand Spa in Aseana City, Parañaque, as a spa that is open even at night. The article says a spa open all night is not common in Manila. Confirm the exact hours with the spa, because the feature does not give a timetable.
Spas that are not open all night
Not every hotel spa that sounds late-night is. Our check of the Newport World Resorts spa guide found that Island Spa at Newport World Resorts runs weekdays from 11 am to 11 pm. The same guide lists Quan Spa at the Marriott Manila from 9 am to 1 am. Both are late, but neither is open through the night. Plan around the posted hours, not the name of the hotel.
Late-night options near the airport
Travelers often need a massage before a flight or after landing. The NAIA layover guide on Hotels by Day describes the Wings Transit Hotel & Spa in Terminal 3 as open 24 hours, with capsules, showers, and massage services. Our separate guide to spas near NAIA covers the airport options in more detail.
Why hours change so often
Spas adjust hours for staffing, seasonal demand, and building rules. A hotel spa may change its hours during a renovation. A spa in a mall follows the mall’s opening times. A spa that is open late one month may close early the next. This is why we give a date on every fact, and why you should check before you travel.
A checklist for late-night visits
- Confirm the hours by phone or message the same day, and save the reply.
- Check the address, the entrance, and whether the building is open for the whole night.
- Tell a friend the name of the spa, the address, and the time you expect to leave.
- Plan your transport home before the session. Late-night rides can be harder to find.
- Keep your phone and your belongings with you, and keep a charge for the trip home.
- If anything feels wrong, leave, and report it to the spa or the platform you booked through.
Home service after dark
If you prefer to stay home, the same checks apply to a late-night home visit. Read the profile, confirm the booking inside the app, and ask for the therapist’s name when they arrive. Our guide on whether home service massage is safe explains the red flags to watch for, and the Trust and Safety page explains how Spoil reviews providers.
Choose a treatment that fits a late visit
A late session should be calm, not intense. A standard Swedish massage is a common choice. If you want a firmer session, read the Thai massage page first so you know what to expect. Ask the spa about pressure and duration before you arrive.
Ask about stay pricing
Some late-night spas price by the length of your stay rather than by a single treatment. The Smart Local roundup describes that kind of pricing at New Lasema, where the range runs from a short stay to a long one. Ask what the stay covers before you pay. Find out whether a massage is included, whether the room is reserved for your whole stay, and what happens if you leave early.
Also ask about the last booking time. A spa can be open all night and still stop taking new treatments earlier. If you plan to arrive late, confirm that a therapist will be on shift at that hour, not only that the doors are open.
When the hours are not 24 hours
Many spas that feel late are closed by midnight or one in the morning. Reading the hours carefully saves a wasted trip. If a spa’s listing gives only a weekday schedule, plan for the weekday hours, and check the weekend separately. A spa may also close for a holiday without much notice, so a call before you leave is worth the minute it takes.
Find a spa near you
Metro Manila is large, so start with the area you will be in. Browse the Makati, BGC, and Pasay pages to see who is available nearby. Hotel spas are listed on our hotels page, which is a good place to compare options near where you are staying.
